BUSINESS/ CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP

Marietta High School Theatre is an organization consisting of parents, students, teachers and community members supporting the theatre department of Marietta High School with funding, marketing and volunteer staffing for all productions. The Marietta High School Drama Boosters. is a Public Charity exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the Drama Boosters. are deductible under section 170 of the Code. Tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts to the organization are also qualified under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code. Please fill out the form at the bottom of this page to submit your pledge.

Fees and ticket sales only cover 75% of the cost of our programming each year. Donors help us bridge the gap, increase our ability to offer bursaries, and produce the highest quality productions with our talented young artists.

We offer sponsorship opportunities that are tailored to suit your budget, ranging from $100 to $10,000 or more. These opportunities provide us with much needed support, while providing local businesses and corporations the opportunity to extend their advertising reach to a large group of prospective clients.

SPONSOR BENEFITS

All of our sponsorship levels include advertisement placements in our playbill. In addition to our playbill, your logo/advertisement will also appear on the "Supporters" page of our website.
Our playbill is a professionally designed and printed booklet that features a beautiful, full-color cover with black and white pages inside. The playbill measures 5.5′′ x 8.5′′. Our playbill is personally placed into the hands of our patrons - your prospective customer. 

Business Advertisers gain exposure to a large, local audience who, by attendance, support MHS Theatre and are motivated to patronize our advertisers who join them in their support. Each season we stage four-six productions over 25 evenings with potential guest attendance for each up to 500. Last year's attendance averaged approximately 250 per show. Your ad is printed in every show programs and below, logos of our advertisers with links back to their websites are shown on every page of our site.

Levels of Sponsorship

Sponsorships start at $100 for a Business card placement in our Playbill and go up to $10,000 for a full page cover placement page. Any donations above $5000 will have their logos included on all posters and postcards! See the chart below for specific details on each sponsorship level.

• 2 tickets to any performance.

 Gold Level ($1,000 to $4,999)

• A full page, black & white ad in our playbill measuring 5.5” x 8.5”
• 4 tickets to any performance.

SEASON SPONSORS
Platinum Level (Over $5,000)

• A full page, color ad on the cover jacket of the playbill, as well as your logo on the front cover, for all of our major season productions.
• Your ad on our website with a link to your site
• 4 tickets to any performance for each production, and 2 tickets to our T.I.M Awards Ceremony.
• Special Flyer cards dropped off at your business with an exclusive promo code that gives your clients 10% off all ticket prices. (Not offered at any other time during the year)
• Sponsor acknowledgement during the curtain speech before every performance.
• Your logo on all promotional materials, including posters and mailings. 
• A HD Poster with the entire cast and crew signature on each of our productions sent to you.
